FREE SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free ground shipping on all items in the 48 Contiguous States unless otherwise denoted. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
HEAVY AND OVERSIZED
Heavy and oversized
items are shipped by motor freight, with curbside delivery.
LEAD TIMES
Please be aware that when an item states "usually leaves warehouse in ( ) days", this time estimate does not include days in transit, which may be an additional 2 to 7 business days before arriving. The lead-time is an average annual estimate and may vary from time to time. Lead time business days do not include holidays.
TRACKING
Tracking #'s will be supplied via e-mail when items are shipped.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We accept your undamaged return within two weeks after delivery.
When you have a return we will issue a call tag from our preferred carrier and have them pick it up. You will just need to make sure that the item is packaged properly and safely for shipping in it's original packaging material. Please note that there will be a 25% restocking fee. When items are retrieved we will refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged please notify us within 5 days from delivery date. It is important that this deadline is met in order for us to file a claim with the carrier that caused the damage. You will need to save all packaging materials.

Many of our pieces are custom hand made and come from other countries. Therefore, they may take longer to ship than those manufactured in the United States. |
